Barbara

Barbara is a Reiki therapist, Umbanda practitioner and spiritualist. For years she has devoted herself to caring for others, guiding sessions that blend the energy of Reiki with the sensitivity of someone who sees the whole person: body, mind and spirit.

A chef by training and by passion, she brings to her therapy the same devotion she brings to a dish. Attention to detail, care for those she serves, and the certainty that nourishment goes far beyond food. For Barbara, to welcome someone is already a form of care.

A lover of travel, she finds in every culture and every path new ways of looking at life and spirituality. It is from this lived experience, light, curious and deeply human, that the energy present in each Reiki session is born.
